All our website packages include:

  • A custom modern design that reflects your branding and portrays the correct image for your business.
  • Responsive design so the website adapts to fit and work well on all screen sizes and devices and passes Google’s mobile test so that it places higher on Google search results on mobiles.
  • Content sections for all your key activities. We will advise you on the best way to divide your content into different pages for best usability and search engine optimization.
  • All our websites are driven from our Gema content management system so menu options and content can be added and edited at any time as you need them.

Https certificate for better security and search engine position. Google has decreed that it will list sites running under https higher than an equivalent site that isn’t. We will include a free ‘Lets Encrypt’ certificate if we are hosting your website or if you prefer we can manage the purchase of a certificate from your preferred supplier.

  • Arrival Day Dashboard – See key details for today’s arrivals and departures and check customers in and out.
  • Online bookings – Integrated with your website, no commission to pay.
  • Flexible pricing, discounts and booking rules mean we can replicate your pricing rather than you have to change it to fit the system.
  • Batch Invoicing for repeat invoicing of site fees, metered services and extras.
  • Meter readings – Record and invoice metered services easily.
  • Reports and Marketing – Arrivals, Occupancy, Payments and many more. Information at your fingertips.

Connectivity with Other systems – Booking partners e.g. Hoseasons, Pitchup, iCal, Booking.Com, Trip Advisor; ANPR Barrier e.g. Hik Vision; Marketing e.g. Hub Spot, Mail Chimp; Constant Contact.

GemaActivity includes:

  • Class setup and management: Classes can be rolling or fixed length terms with defined holidays when no classes are run; View registers and children lists for each Class; Record attendance; Award Badges; Manage waitlists.
  • Flexible pricing: Term price alters to length of term remaining, rolling terms can sell different length session blocks e.g. 5 week, 10 week; Sibling discounts can be set up; Trial classes can be priced separately or free.
  • Merchandise sales: Customers can buy your branded products while booking their classes.
  • Coach management: Coaches can be assigned classes and can have a login to access their own class registers, documents and reports.
  • Online classes location map: Customers can search for classes by postcode or town and see results on a Google map with links to directly book available classes.
  • Online class booking: Live availability; Classes can be opened separately for re-enrols or new customers; Child or adult classes collect relevant details such as medical info and age; Collect permissions for photos or marketing; Take payments via Stripe, PayPal, or SagePay

Manage renewals: Automated renewal reminders; Customers can login and renew online; Open classes for renewals or new customer separately; Optionally reserve existing customer space for renewal after their course has finished; Non-renewal and renewal trend reports.

  • As standard all our customers benefit from our support during work hours. Between 9 am and 5 pm our friendly support team is on hand to help you.

  • In addition to this our systems are all hosted on very reliable UK based servers with redundancy built in to minimise downtime, and are fully backed up at least daily. Our systems and servers are monitored 24/7 and immediate response teams are on hand to respond to any issues that arise.
