We create ecommerce websites for real local florists who deliver their own bouquets direct. We also help maintain and support our clients' websites, so we are always there to help you.
Tim was an SEO specialist and had been working online developing websites since 1998. He had numerous florists as clients but was getting increasingly frustrated with the quality of the websites available to them. So in 2009 Tim teamed up with Paul and Florist Window was born.
Our mission is to promote florists online and provide a quality affordable ecommerce website to enable independents to compete with the big nationals for online sales.
Our first florist client website launched selling online in December 2009. Today over 600 florists use our website and florist management software platform.
Features: Florist Window is designed just for florists, and has many features built into it that are specific to florist’s needs. For example, our shopping cart allows your customers to order flowers to be delivered to multiple destinations, all within one order. Our record is 5 deliveries within one order!
Website Design: We treat each client individually, we listen and take on board your ideas before we develop your solution branded to your company. Each website we develop is unique, so you retain your individual brand identity.
Many website designers will use a standard template then insert your logo in the top left corner. This often leads to very unsatisfactory results. We do not use templates, each design is bespoke and based on your requests and ideas. This means more work for us, but a better website for you.
As part of our setup questionnaire we will ask you for your logo, photos of your shop and delivery van so that we can understand your color schemes and branding. We of course ask you for any ideas you may have on the design of your website. We will then create a design and send you a temporary link to your new design and ask you to review it. We then refine the design until you are happy.
