Bookkeeping is the recording of all financial transactions undertaken by an individual or organization. The organization may be a business, a charitable organization or even a local sports club.

  • Writing up of all Income & Expenditure – Computerised spreadsheets or SAGE Accounting.
  • VAT calculation & preparation of VAT returns, Credit Control.
  • Organized filing so that everything can be easily found or referred to at moment’s notice.
  • General Administration and/or Secretarial work undertaken.
  • Self-Assessment, Tax returns for small businesses (Sole Traders & Partnerships).

 

  1. Payroll

We are able to deal with all aspects of your Payroll requirements. As an employer, you need to deduct income tax and National Insurance contributions (NICs) from your employees’ pay and submit the deductions to HMRC.

  • No need to keep yourself up to date with new HM Revenue & Customs rules and regulations as this is all part of the service.
  • Professional Computerized Payroll system, Payslips produced and sent either directly to you or your employees, Control & calculation of SSP, SMP & Holiday Pay.
  • Whether Salary, Hourly paid or Commission, calculations are taken care of. We can register Clients with HM Revenue & Customs as employers. P45’s, P46’s, P60’s and End of Year returns to the HMRC. For each Pay period a summary showing total expenditure can be forwarded by E-mail to Clients. Completion of Yellow pay slip books covering each payment due to HMRC.

 

  1. Construction Industry Scheme

We can provide a Comprehensive Service to enable compliance with the new Construction Industry Rules which came into effect in April 2007.

  • Calculation of deductions to be made from Sub-Contractors.
  • Completion of Monthly returns – guaranteed to be on time, so no penalties.
  • Sub-Contractor verification with HM Revenue & Customs.
  • Sub-Contractor Registration with HM Revenue & Customs.
  • Payment Certificates / Deduction Statements produced and mailed where necessary.
  • For each Pay period a summary showing total expenditure can be forwarded by E-mail to Clients.
  • Completion of Yellow payslip books covering each payment due to HMRC
